My husband’s 3rd great-grandfather, William Duffy, was born in County Tipperary, Ireland about 1810. The only information I know about William is that he married Johanna Britton, also of Tipperary, and that they had at least one child: James born 1833. This information was obtained from the marriage record of James to Katherine Gorman in Canada.
It is unclear if either William or Katherine emigrated to Canada with James. This is the end of the information I know of the Duffy family.
